Shipping Policy

CARGO DELIVERY TIME

We make our shipments from our Kars warehouse.

Your orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is received.

Orders placed on public holidays and public holidays are shipped on the first business day following the order.

PRODUCT COLOR AND ACCESSORIES

If there is no color option in the sub-description of the product you have ordered, the product available in the image will be sent. Accessories placed in product photos for decorative purposes are not included in the product prices.

ENTERING THE DELIVERY ADDRESS CORRECTLY

Please write your address information as clearly as possible so that your order reaches you as quickly as possible. For security reasons, delivery with a notification is not made by the cargo company.

ERRORED ORDERS AND DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Open the package you receive from the cargo in the presence of the cargo officer and check your order. If you see any errors or deficiencies, please contact us immediately via destek@stdeta.com . Do not accept faulty or problematic cargo or products. We will do what is necessary for damaged products that you have reported to us within 2 hours after receiving your cargo.

Return and Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return for the products you purchased from stdeta.com within 15 days from the date of order. Our products cannot be exchanged.

-Conditions

To initiate your return, please first contact us at destek@stdeta.com.

The product you want to return must be unused, undamaged and the label must not have been removed. You must send it to our address at the end of the page with the original package and the invoice sent to you. Returns that do not meet the conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with a refund.

The cost of shipping during return is your responsibility and shipping fees are non-refundable.

After checking the compliance of your product with the return conditions, the transaction status will be sent to you via e-mail. Refunds will be made within 10 business days from the date of receipt of your return by us, depending on your bank. The refund will be made with the same payment method you used when purchasing the product. If you cannot receive your refund within the specified period, please contact your bank first and then us.
